Fran Abel

Fran was a loving, caring person with a compassionate heart. She cared deeply about JAFCO and the abused and neglectged children we care for. Fran served on our founding board and organized the first JAFCO event in Boca Raton and created what was to become the South Palm Beach Chapter of JAFCO, one of our most successful chapters that raises funds and awareness for JAFCO.
