Not sure what to say?

Great lady. Very sweet.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Fran and I were schoolmates and friends from the 3rd grade through high school, and I'd been trying to find her these past few years to reconnect, but without success. She was smart, funny and always a better friend to us than we could possibly have been to her. My thoughts are with you.

I am extremely saddened to learn of Fran's passing. Having been a good friend of her's as a teen growing up in Pikesville, I am not at all surprised that she made such a difference in so many lives. Fran had a beautiful soul.

A funeral service was held in Philadelphia last month for Fran. As her New York community lets mourn her loss, honor her and celebrate her life together.

Please join us on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at noon at the Hunter College School of Social Work,129 East 79th Street (off Lexington Ave), New York, NY.

We welcome you to share a memory of Fran as we celebrate her joy for life, her commitment to social justice and her love for her family and friends. If you have photos of...
