I am very saddened by this news. Frances and I were study partners when we were in library school together 1991 to 1993. She was so much fun to have as a classmate. I remember lots of laughs.

Such a tremendous loss to the Larkspur Library where I knew Frances. Her warmth, intelligence, soul, devotion and delight in being there permeated the whole library. I shall miss her terribly but will continue to visit this fine library. What a loss to her many family, friends, relatives and to the City of Larkspur.
