ARTHUR, Frances H. (Frazer) - Of Flint Township, age 87, died on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Avalon Hospice. There will be no funeral service. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Flint.
