Mrs. Arthur was an amazing spirit in this world. And we are grateful to have known such a gracious, generous, sweet, good, peaceful and loving person. She was wonderful.

Frances was a remarkable and kind person. Her gentle and sweet spirit radiated to all who met her. Her love for her family and others was so strong. She was a precious lady, and her memory will live on.
