Frances H. Arthur

Frances was an amazing lady, always dressed in her Sunday best with matching high-heels. She loved God and was a devoted member of St. Francis. She also loved to party--especially when it was her own. She loved life and was blessed with good health for many, many years. I shall always remember Ms. Frances driving around in a convertible (not many gals in their 80's did so). My life was truly blessed just having her as my "adopted mother."

I have known Frances since I was a little girl. I am now 30 yrs old. My grandfather owned Saffell Plumbing at that time. When my sister and I would visit our grandfather....frances would sit us up on the copy machine and make copies of our hands and face. I was also fortunate enough to work with her for a while when I was able to work at Saffell as an adult. She worked part-time then...and she definately ALWAYS wore heels! By that time...the doctor wouldn't let her wear anything higher than...
