For Fran’s obit
Frannie was my beloved sister. She was eleven years older than I and was a caring presence throughout my childhood. As an adult I saw what a wonderful mother she was to Becca and Drew. They were the light of her life, as was her beloved husband, David. Fran was a sweet soul and will always be remembered with love in my heart.

My memories of Frannie go back to our high school years. She was my best friend, and she possessed all the same qualities that her family and friends have described in their memories of her. I regret our loss of contact over the years, but feel privileged to have been able to rekindle our friendship these last few months. She has inspired so many over the years and I know there is a beautiful Cardinal singing his song for her. Jeanne Wood Pecsek

Although I didn’t know Frances Biddle, my daughter Katie Degentesh often talked about their bird watching trips together. She and Katie shared a love of birds. I know that Frances will be missed in many ways. May the good memories help in this time of grief.
