Your parents were the best Express paper customers we ever had. They were the friendliest people on our paper route. Each time we had to do our paper route money collection they were always so nice and generous to all of us. Your mom had many words of encouragement and knowledge. Frances was like a grandmother to me for as long as I can remember. I always felt so grateful to have her in my life.
