Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to hear from Nancy Dedman at lunch today that we had lost Frances. What a wonderful, beautiful, intelligent, and fun lady she was!
Wonderful memories will stay in my mind of trips to Italy, Ireland France and other places with Desmond Guinness and his Irish Georgian Society.
This elegant lady charmed all who crossed her path. She will be missed by many.
My sympathy to all her family,
JOE MINTON.

Your mother was the dearest friend to my aunt Pansy and I will greatly miss her. She was such a grand lady of elegance and I loved being with her and my aunt. My heart goes out to all of you at your loss. Not only a great loss to you but to all who knew her. My prayers are that the Lord would comfort you and give you peace as you celebrate her life.
Love, hugs and prayers, Mary Eleanor Yturria Wilkerson

Our sincere condolences are with all of the Billups family during this very difficult time. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
With Sympathy,
Terry & Laura

Dear Billups Family, We are truly blessed to have shared so many wonderful family adventures together. We love each of you and send you our deepest love. Marla and Tony

Frances was one of the most intelligent insightful forward thinking persons that I have ever known. I worked with her on the Saint Mary Hall board for many years and valued her foresight and sensitivity. I will miss her. My prayers that God will give support in your loss and grief.

Our condolences to the family. The Heard-Billups Family has been a part of the Wendel Family for 60 plus years, and we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers during this time of great loss. Mrs. Billups was quite a lady!

With Great Sympathy,
Andy & Lynn Wendel-Henshaw

Your beautiful and gracious mother will be missed by all. I feel blessed to have known such a kind and lovely woman.
Love to you all,

I met Mrs. Billups during the San Antonio Festivals around 1983 through 1988. She was a gracious Lady with a capital "L", ever so polite.
Periodically, and usually accidentally, we would bump into each other at events and I was always amazed she remembered my name. And she always asked about my mother.
