Frances Hughes Bradford, age 71, of Hot Springs, died Monday, August 29, 2005.
She was born on July 8, 1934 in Lawrence County, Alabama, the daughter of Herman Hughes and Aline Wilson Hughes. On May 17, 1952, she was married to Grady Bradford. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Marlow Hughes and one sister, Laura Miller.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Grady Bradford of Hot Springs; one daughter, Sandra Bradford Godbehere and her husband, Joe Ed of Hot Springs; two grandchildren, Casey McBride and her husband, Jared, of Benton and Matthew Bradford Godbehere of Hot Springs; one sister, Betty Bowling of Decatur, Alabama; two nephews, Jeff Bowling of Mobile, Alabama and Jim Wheeler of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Hollywood Cemetery with Dr. David Smith officating.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday evening.
Pallbearers will be Joe Ed Godbehere, Matt Godbehere, Jared McBride, Jeff Bowling, Tim Dean and Thomas Landers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. James Suen, Dr. T. Glen Paitt, and Dr. Gregory Whorton.
