Frances C. Burdick

Mrs. Burdick and my Grandma Heatherman were friends and shared a love of reading. Mrs. Burdick introduced Grandma to Nora Lofts, a historical fiction author. That's how Lofts became one of my favorite authors too. Mrs. Burdick shared many of her Nora Lofts books with me -- sending them through the mail with little notes, and I would send them back with return notes. Many of the books she sent she let me keep. I will never forget her kindness. I've read those books over and over...

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Mom and Dad were great friends of my parents. We know how hard it is to loose our parents. Prayers for your family.

she was great lady, if you felt down in anyway she was the one to talk to. . she always had a great uplifting attidude.
