Frances C. Burland

Fran was like a mother and best friend to me since the day we met in September of 1994. She was a surrogate grandmother to my son, Ben, and in many ways a guardian angel. She saw me through divorce, single motherhood, nursing school and embraced me unconditionally throughout our time together.
