Frances was a true Alpharetta pioneer and visionary. We all felt she was ahead of her time with all of her wonderful ideas, and we will only be able to look back on how wise she was. I will miss you, Frances- you were one of a kind.

Having served with Frances on the Downtown Alpharetta Business Association for several years, I came to know her as an astute businesswoman and a person who cared for the future of downtown Alpharetta. I, along with the other DABA members, will never forget the wonderful breakfast for supper occasions at Frances and Carroll's house. My sincere condolences to Carroll and the Byers family.
