Sept. 19, 1923 Nov. 13, 2006 Frances I. Stapler Cato, 83, of New Hope died Monday. The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at New Hope Funeral Home. Chapel services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with interment Free Home Cemetery.
