Frances Costis

Frances' family was the first family we met when my family arrived in Tampa in 1959 and I was 9 years old. We lived across the street on Davis Island and Frances was like a "big sister" to me in our new neighborhood. I have fond memories of those years playing with Frances and her brother Stanford. I remember when Frances got married. I was star-struck. Such a beautiful "fairytail wedding" at the big house on the Bay. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
