Frances Crews

CREWS, Frances S., 81, of Louisa, Virginia, went to be with our Lord peacefully Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Elmore; and her husbands, Thomas G. Woolard Sr. and Partee D. Crews; her daughter, Kathy L. Ferrell; and son, David R. Woolard. She is survived by her son, Thomas G. Woolard Jr. and his wife, Sheila R. Woolard; son-in-law, Daniel A. Ferrell Sr. and his wife, Michelle L. Ferrell; daughter-in-law, Barbara Woolard; and sister-in-law, Dolly Elmore and Earl. She has 15 grandchildren, and 22 great- grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren. She was a member of Landmark Faith Ministries. Memorial Donations may be made to the Dementia Foundation. The family will receive friends and family, Friday, June 10, 2011, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23231. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Pilots Lane, Richmond, Virginia. There will be a Family and Friends gathering at Tommy and Sheila's home located at 229 Haden Lane, Bumpass, Virginia 23024 after the Interment.
