Francis was larger than life, strong for the truth, yet forceful without anger. I interacted with her on a number of projects, in a variety of settings in the mid 70s and early 80s : while running The Alternative Energy Coalition office, as member of Clamshell Alliance, Vermont Yankee Decommissioning Alliance, and Stop Trident to name a few.
