Not sure what to say?

Sr. Frances was a blessing to have as a secretary at the school I taught. She had a great way to be both no-nonsense and loving with the kids at the same time. May her soul rest in peace!

Sister Frances Amata was a wonderful second grade teacher at Saint Bridget's School in East Falls. When I was in fourth grade, I would clean Sister Frances classroom after school. Sister Frances always had treats when I would finish cleaning her room. Many years later, I had the opportunity to see Sister Frances in Virginia. I was stationed at St. Joseph's Church in Herndon, Virginia. When I was transferred to Altoona, Pa I remember telling Sister Frances I am not accustom with living...

We remember Sister with fondness from Immaculate Conception in Jenkintown. My brother Pat was nuts about her and she was crazy about him-made quite an impression on him in first grade in 1962!! She was a patient, great dedicated teacher as were all the SJ sisters. We are grateful to God for being blessed to have had these wonderful sisters in school--all good experiences. May sister rest in peace.
