We are so sorry for your loss. She was a great lady with a simple outlook on life. She always seemed calm & had the soft voice of a Nun. I always felt like I was in Church when I talked to Frances. She could snap you out of that feeling in a jiffy though. I can still remember her infectious laugh. We are sure she will be missed by the entire family.
