Frances E. Day

Well, if this is the Mrs. Day that I remember from my neighborhood, she was a great person. What I remember as a child is that we were invited into her house with a warm welcome on Halloween and I think she gave us homemade popcorn balls. I don't know why I remember that, but I do and to this day, I call that house the Day's house. I know the family there now, equally as nice and neighborly.

Fran was one of a kind and a true gem and it's the end of a generation for the Wellsley/Reflections gang as I knew them in Avon Park FL.
