It's the hardest thing in the world to lose someone who helped you, listened to you, cared about you, and steered you in the right direction. Fran did this for me at UMass through the Employee Assistance Program. I keep seeing her caring smile and solid confidence. My heart goes out to her family as I know her loss must be so profound. You are in my thougths and prayers. With deepest sympathy, Denise Wagner

Dear Paul,
You are a wonderful person. I didn't know your wife, but she must have been pretty great too. I am saddened by your loss and will be thinking of you.

I sang in the Wild Women of Wednesday group with Fran. She was a delight to be around and we will miss her very much. We are honored to sing at her memorial service.
