Frances C. Decker

I knew Frances through the West Delhi Church. She was always a pleasure to be around. I was her care giver for a while before she passed and she had lots of words of wisdom and jokes. She is still very much missed. ❤

I enjoyed talking with Fran whenever I went to the Walton Fair. She would always be in the historical tent.Our latest talks revolved around her father and his being at the Teed Hill murder site. I had looked forward to recording Fran's memories of that incident. My thoughts go out to her family. She was sure interested in history!

Frances was a wonderful friend to my family. My mother, Elizabeth Miller thought so highly of Frances. Garrett and I always looked forward to seeing her when we came to Delhi. Bless her and her family.

Fran was a Rebekah sister and helped me many,many times through the years.She went Assembly with me and we had a great time.With out the little push she gave me to go on and be a DDP,I would not of been appointed a state officer, THANK YOU FRAN. I will miss you as will your family.GOD BLESSYOU AND THE ONES YOU HAVE LEFT BEHIND.

I have such fond memories of Frances. She was always so jolly and full of enthusiasm. I am sure she will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest sympathy.

Our THoughts are with you

I remember Fran as always being the first to arrive every Sunday while I served at West Delhi and keeping me in iine. All my love to her family and friends.
