Frances Maxine Dietrichs-Miller

I met Frances many years ago through Alpha Iota Sorority. Although I was a member of the Portland chapter, my good friend and sorority sister Phyllis Henry introduced me to Frances. They were good friends for many, many years. I was so surprised and saddened to hear of her death. If there is a service for Frances in the Portland area after Covid, I would be honored to attend if possible.
