Not sure what to say?

The laugh is silenced but not the wonderful memories. They extend back to the dining room table at 121 Main to Orono, Boston and Seven Lakes. She never changed—always in the forefront at any gathering. Her talents were many her love and friendship was strong and fast. I loved her as only a brother can. She made the world a better place by her presence. She may have passed on but we’ll always love and remember her.

How lucky I have been to be so close to Francie these past few years. I miss the Sundays we shared for so short a time. There is no doubt that she is in a better place, and undoubtedly is already firmly in charge!
'Til we meet again, Fran, I will cherish your warmth, your humor and your generosity. What an example you set for us all. XOXOX

AC & Jeanne -
The laugh - hands down the first thing you think of when you think of Aunt Francie. Next is the humming - the little songs she would sing just puttering around. I am so thankful for all our times together in NY and in NC. Her memory will remain with all the Bells forever. We love you.

I will always remember Aunt Fran's hugs, her laugh, and her little songs. Ann and Jeannie she will be remembered forever and live through our memories.

All of the Eretzians have such fond memories of Fran. The laugh, her "too da le do's" always a song in her heart. Something you may not remember, she was the one who taught me to drive in Hudson, Ohio one summer! Many years ago!!! She will be sadly missed but so fondly remembered.

I cannot remember an important moment in my life when Francie was not there - 60 years of looking to her for the perfect celebration! We will just have to continue in a new way, holding the memories of those many happy days.

Dear Anne and Jeannie, you have done a wonderful job in describing my best friend as well as my sister. She was the light of my life in retirement at Seven Lakes and I did my best to take care of my little sister as my mother asked of me. I feel you are my daughters now. Much Love, AA

What a sad day. She had the laugh of a stevedore in a tavern on payday and no party worthy of the name got under way until Fran Donovan arrived. I will remember her as welcoming, interested and thoughtful. And I will miss the only Aunt Francie I ever had.
