Frances was born on March 17, 1920 and passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019. Frances was a resident of New York at the time of passing. She graduated from Lisbon High School in 1937 and Ogdensburg Business School in 1942. Gordon P. Campbell on the Army Air Force base where Mr. Doyle was stationed. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Phillips and James Catholic Church, Lisbon. Burial will follow in Flackville Cemetery, Lisbon. Frances was a former member of the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Phillips and St. James Church of Lisbon, a member of the Parish Council for several years as well as President of it for a period of time. At the families, request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church, Waddington, St. Philips and St. James Church Lisbon or Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
