Not sure what to say?

Robert & Jean,
Although we never had the opportunity to meet your mother, you always spoke of her often and shared interesting things about her. We're sure that you are a true reflection of her which made her a wonderful, kind, funny, caring and thoughtful person. We love you and know that she was so glad you were with her when she needed you most.

All our love,
Royce, Cindy & Danielle

I first met Fran in 1992 when we worked for Radio Ventures. Broadcast companies come and go, but Fran remained devoted to her WMXB and the people who worked with her over the years. She was a cherished colleague and my beloved friend. I will miss our lunches, dinners, phone calls and her sage advice.

TO Robert and Jean,

Deeply sorry to hear of your loss. We never knew your mother Robert but she was a part of developing you as the special person you are... You know where we are. Might seem far away but your definitely in our thoughts. Love Mark and Siobhan

Fran was so dear to me. When I arrived here in Richmond 20 years ago, she was among the first to extend a warm welcome. It made such a difference then. As the years passed, she was a confidant and a valued friend. I will miss her so much. My thoughts and prayers are with her entire family at this time.

Dear Family and Friends of Fran,

I am very sad to hear of the passing of this courageous, trustworthy, steadfast, pleasant, hard-working, fun, inspiring woman. I really could go on for many more adjectives. In an industry all-too-often given to superficiality and greed, Fran was an example to all of how to work honestly, play, have fun, and be a friend. She demonstrated genuine interest in everyone I knew at WMXB. We could all depend on her to "tell it like it is", and to be...

Although I only worked with Fran at Cox Radio for 3 1/2 short years, it's like I worked with her for a lifetime....always warm, caring and like a mother to me. We love you Fran.

12 years ago when I first came to work for WMXB, Fran was one of the people I met. We became instant friends and I turned to her for advice so may times over the years. My family would come to the station on weekends for the events that I work with and Fran would be here working with energy to burn. My wife and three boys loved her as much as I did. The world could use alot more people like Fran! We will always love her!

I worked with Fran at the radio station for 10 years until I moved out of state. We went through a lot together. I have such wonderful memories of her and I've never met such a loving, caring and giving woman. She will be missed, but her spirit will live on with us forever. She's certainly a legend!

To the family of Fran Duvall,
I had the opportunity to work with Fran at WMXB and will cherish the memories for years to come. I always enjoyed visiting her office for a view of the lastest pictures of the staff she had worked with over the years and their families. My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.
