Dear Family of Ms. Fran,
I want to share with you, how wonderful this dear lady was to me. I coordinate the blood drives at Hopkins-Bayview. Ms. Fran, for as long as she could, was always there bright and early on Monday morning. I called her, Ms. Delors and Ms. Virginia my A team.
