Not sure what to say?

My love and sympathy to uncle Reid and his family in the loss of a truly lovable and unforgetable Wife, Mother and Grandmother. I will be thinking of you all during this time.

Punky was my second mom and I will miss her greatly. My mom, Peggy Wood, and I spent wonderful hours going to craft shows in Va Beach as well as all the adventures in Sanibel and Boothbay Harbor. We always arrived in Boothbay late and Punk would always greet us with "You must have stopped at every store on the road!" I loved her, I will miss her, and I hope she and mom are at a wonderful yard sale in the beyond!

Some of my favorite memories of growing up in Virginia Beach involve visiting the Ervin home. I cherish the image I keep in my heart of Punky, always smiling, looking for shells, and cheering on the volleyball games. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Mimi was one of a kind and she will be sorely missed. She instilled all kinds of information about the natural world into her grandchildren, memories and knowledge that will be valued for a lifetime.
