I just learned about Fran today. She was a regular volunteer with the DTCF Partnership and someone I greatly admired. I remember thinking (more than once), "I hope I'm like Fran when I get older." I am in such shock having just found out, today , of Frans leaving us. I go to work with Fran for a year, at Goodwill Industries of Akron. She was my partner in crime sorting and listing jewelry. We had tons of fun bantering back and forth. Then one day, out of the blue, we found out we lived only 2 blocks from each other ! I would wave as I passed by and she was outside and she would do the same passing my house. After she left Goodwill we would often run in to one another grocery shopping...
