Dr. Frances A. Garner

I would like to honor Dr. Garner with the words "Well done." She always teased me about bringing the speckled kingsnake to class when I was a freshman at Mobile College, but she kept after me to improve my writing skills. I certainly look forward to thanking her again in heaven for the "launching pad" she provided me to live a wonderful life these many years.

Dr. Garner made a big impact in my life. I went back to school later in life at the University of Mobile. I majored in Computer Science. I did a report in her class on child abuse. She told me with no uncertainty that” I had chosen the wrong profession”. She thought my calling in life had something to do with children. She told me what I always felt and knew in my heart.
