Read MoreI was sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. My sister Barb had visited her not long ago and was amazed at her vitality and independence. Growing up across the street from the Getchels, Pat and the family were always fun and welcoming. Great memories of playing games with the kids. They always would flood an ice rink in the front yard in the winter, a great memory. My condolences to a wonderful family.

I first met aunt pat when Doris and I went to visit her her house and probably impressed me greatly. It was like an Island with trout. On both sides of the house I thought that was awesome

We could not ask for a better neighbor than Pat. We chuckle about one of the first things she did for us soon after we moved in next door. She was already looking out for us by reporting that she saw smoke coming from our house. When the fire dept arrived, thankfully it was only our dryer vent that she had seen. But we were very thankful that she was looking out for us. We've been looking out for each other now for years and we will miss her dearly. She was a woman of strong faith and...

Pat was a wonderful lady,she always stopped and talked to my wife and I,on her daily walks with her walker by our house,,always fun to talk to her,she was the nascar driver of the neighborhood,wasn't scared to put the pedal to the metal,,!!!LOL,, my mom at 92 just passed 5 weeks ago,,and pat knew my mom pat,,,prayers to the family,,,
