We are so very sorry to learn of Fran's passing. She was a remarkable lady and has touched so many of our lives.
I personally will remember Fran as a very classy lady who loved her family dearly. She was a joy to work with. We had a blast back in the old PRI days. Fran gifted us with many memories -- she was a great lady who worked hard and had fun along the way.
God bless her -- and may God be with you during this difficult time.
