Frances was born on September 20, 1972 and passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019. She attended Our Lady of Pilar, a catholic school in San Juan. Funeral services will be held at A Community Funeral Home, 910 Michigan St. Orlando, FL on the 19th of September 2019 from 5 to 8 PM.
When you came over after a game you were our Polynesian sis. We have amazing respect for. the life she served.

Loved Frances spirit, determination tenacity, skill, and so much more than words can possibly say. Knew her ever since I moved here about fifteen years ago and she made a profound impact on me. Proud to have had the opportunity to do that and I along with others she touched will remember her fondly. Deepest sympathy for her family and loved ones.
