Frances Hair

We were so saddened to hear of Frances' passing but know that she will be with our Heavenly Father. From the life Frances lived, all could see she was a christian. I, Shirley, worked with her at the VA Dental Clinic for many years and have two wonderful pictures she painted for us. We loved her and Wylie both dearly. We had many good times with both of them from dinner, beach time, to dancing.
