I was very saddened to hear of your loss. Frances was a mentor to me in so many ways and was so very kind. She was instrumental in getting some significant changes happening at our small medical library using her super persuasive powers Marie

Frances was a pillar of the medical library world when I started working in that field. I still remember her incredible support and kindness to me when I was struggling with some issues as a new manager. My condolences to her family on their loss.

Frances was the best ever medical librarian we ever had at Southern Health. She revolutionized access for all health professionals both in hospital and in Primary care to on line databases.
