Frances Hester

Frances was a jewel for sure. My son Tucker was fortunate enough to spend his preschool & elementary years with Margaret & Frances at St. Andrews. Frances connected with the kids and was loved by all. Even after my son "aged out" of St. Andrews, stopping at her house on Halloween was a must. I am so sorry for your loss. Another angel has gained her wings.

Frances was a Godsend for our family when our son, Casey started preschool at St. Andrews. For 14 years, she was a huge part of helping us raise our children, after our daughter Amanda entered the year Casey aged out. Frances' sweet smile, gentle manner, and firm hand when needed were what assured us we had chosen the best place for our children. They still talk about "Fragoo" with love and fond memories.
