My deepest sympathy to your family, Dell. She was a sweetheart! I worked with Dell & Mr. Lightsey at the Board of Health when i was in college in 1984-85! I really enjoyed getting to know Dell. OVer the years, we would see each other now and then. She was a dear and will be missed by so many. Im sorry that i am in OR and cannot attend her service.
