Frances B. Liggon

To the family and friends of Fran Liggon, My sympathy to you and my condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Franne at the AT&T Long Lines installation at Finksburg, MD from 1973 to 1975 when I was stationed there. She was very professional in carrying out her work and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad that she had a long, active and beautiful life for those many years. May she rest in peace. William R.
