Frances Machno-Slattery

All of the positive tributes to Fran are certainly true. I knew her through my military association with her husband Col Ed Machno. To know Fran was to know the ultimate force of goodness. We spent many summers together At Ft Meade and Ft Bragg. My sincere condolences to Dennis and her family.
