Not sure what to say?

All of the positive tributes to Fran are certainly true. I knew her through my military association with her husband Col Ed Machno. To know Fran was to know the ultimate force of goodness. We spent many summers together At Ft Meade and Ft Bragg. My sincere condolences to Dennis and her family.

Heaven gained another Angel when Aunt Fran joined Gramma Foti. Two of the sweetest women I have ever known. I'm sure she will be happy to greet her dear departed sister as well. Thoughts and prayers to you, Dennis and Fr Charles, on your great great loss.

My thoughts and prayers are with you deaar friend. Call if you need anything.

Dear Dennis and Fr Charles - Fran will always be the kind, generous and fun loving lady we met in 1998. She will always have a very special place in our hearts. Don, Vivienne & Chiara Scavone (Canberra, Australia)

Our sincerest prayers for comfort and peace to you, Dennis, and to all of our family and the friends who loved her. My mom is now joyfully reunited with her best friend and...

A compassionate and generous lady who left everyone she came in contact with feeling so special. Her warm smile and welcoming hug will forever be a comforting memory.
