Not sure what to say?

Jerry,
My Christmas card to Fran was returned to me and then I found her obit on line.
What a wonderful lady and friend. I got to know your mother when I was friends with Karen at Waldron. She graciously opened her home to me in January 2014 when my husband, Rex, was in the Chelsea Hospital for rehab after a stroke. I spent two and one-half weeks with your mom at that time. She just couldn't do enough for me at that time. We have had visits, cards, and phone calls since. I so...

Christmas 2015

(Great) Aunt Fran, a very special lady and always such a joy to visit with. Our annual trips home to MI will not be the same, but memories of past visits will live in our hearts always.

Jerry,

I am sorry I wasn't able to make it to the funeral home last night. I will miss your Mom and our talks and occasional visits. And her stories about the farm and her family. Such a sweet lady. I know she did not want to leave you but also will be happy to be back in the arms of her sweetheart Ray and with Karen and her brothers and sister. I hope your warm memories of your Mom (or as she used to say- that stubborn ole German lady!) help you through this difficult time.

I will always have great memories of working in the school office with Fran and meeting her many times after graduation. She left memories with us all. May she rest in peace.

Francis was a Beautiful spirit, a very special friend to our family! I can't remember a more loving and patient woman. I am so sorry that she has passed !however, I am absolutely sure that she is enjoying her new freedom with her husband and all of her relatives who are now with the Lord.

My Great Aunt Fran was truly that. A wonderful and kind-hearted women. A gentle soul who lived a long and healthy life and touched so many throughout her 95 years on this earth. You are loved.
-Kelly

I have known this "special Lady" since I was a little girl of age seven..She will be missed...

What a wonderful person was my Aunt Frances. Before her marriage to my Uncle Ray she use to hold my sister and me on her lap, at the old Manzel farm. Wonderful times and memories throughout our lives together, even when Uncle Ray an Aunt Fran stopped at our new home building in Colorado and pitching in for a couple of days greatly appreciated help. Years later back in the Jackson area stopping Aunt Fran's Chelsea home to visit and remember good times from past, maybe a few cookies to munch...
