Dear Marie, Marlene and Mr. Mauk,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, Mrs. Mauk. I also lost my mother Pat Wheeler on March 6, 2010. I cannot say why I decided tonight to look up Marie by her maiden name Mauk on the internet, but I was shocked to read of Mrs. Mauk's passing one week to the day after my mother's.
I have so many wonderful memories of your family & mine growing up on Jefferson St. and then visiting you in your new home near Alger...

Dear Uncle Al, Marie, and Marlene,

I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Aunt Francis. I have so many fond memories of her at all of our family gatherings over the years and especially the bridal shower she gave me 28 years ago.

She was such a sweetheart. She was upbeat, positive and would always have a kind word to say. One thing I will never forget is her laughter! She would truly make you smile.

Dear Al and Family,

I am saddened to hear about the passing of Fran. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I have been so blessed knowing Fran since 1968.

During these 42 years of visiting or talking with her, there was not one occasion that we didn’t enjoy laughter, engage conversation in a little humor or share a joke. We always had a good time. She certainly knew how to enjoy life, friends and family.
