Eight years ago I moved to Boathouse Rd. Shortly after I arrived we got a blizzard. I shoveled up to the street to find someone had removed all the snow around my car.Frank was that kind of man. Always willing to help even someone he had never met.You will be dearly missed but never forgotten.Rest in peace my mayor and friend.

We will miss you Frank, as nobody will ever know. You were like a father to me, a true and loyal friend, you were my mentor, my 'rock'. I, like many others, will be lost without you; your wit, your humor, your guidance and wisdom. There can never be anyone who can replace you or all of the wonderful gifts you have given to me.
