I have know Fran for over 25 years. She was a regular patron of the Liberty Branch Library and we used to have such nice chats. When she no longer could come to our library and then it shut down, my coworker and I would send her magazines to read at her home. You see, she was very special to me and I will always remember her in my heart and cherish her friendship and wonderful sense of humor.

I know my Sister, Donna Sullivan and I will DEEPLY miss Cousin Frances. Donna went up to check on her weekly since our Mother's passing in 2008. Barbara McLaughlin Anyon, was 1st Cousins with Frances and always checked on her since she lived alone, then Donna took over.
