I will always remember the positive energy Frances eluded with every visit she would make up to Philadelphia to visit Liz and Brian. I was so impressed how hard she would work to make their home a beautiful place.

Had the pleasure of working with Frances in the court system in the early 90s. She was so proud of her children and later, her grandchildren. My condolences to all her loved ones.

What a run you had Frances. There was nothing you wouldn´t tackle with enthusiasm. Thanks to Frances I had the most perfect color paint on the walls. She was always willing to help make decisions about gardening, fashion, literature, food and more. She was a great neighborhood activist and supported and helped save trees and our traditional period homes. Growing up with Aunt Fran, John and Elizabeth was the best. We loved playing in the backyard and her gorgeous garden. Her home was so stylish and beautiful--just like her! Will miss her wit and charm. Love from Sarah.
