Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to have learned of this a year too late to attend a memorial or even send a card...she was a wonderful lady who worked tirelessly on projects to improve the Heights and make it a better place for all. I was honored to have worked with her. She will be greatly missed by all. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

"She was the world's greatest listener" - of all Fran's wonderful qualities, that is the one that I remember best from our shared days at Pitt as sorority sisters. Her life was very full - what a wonderful person.

I will always treasure my memories of Fran and our friendship at Pitt and in the Delta Zeta Sorority. She was wise beyond her years even then, and I was truly blessed to have known her. RIP Fran.

I appreciate all the conversations we had working at the CSU library, and will always remember you as a truly sincere person.

Fran, "Sissy" and her family were a big part of my childhood, Some of my happiest memories are from those times. She was very dear to me and I will miss her. Karen

I met Fran when we were trying to keep the Telling Mansion as a library. She was an inspiration, a true role model and quickly became a dear friend. She will be sorely missed.

It was a pleasure to know you. You worked hard in your community of Forest Hills. Blessings to you and family
