Frances Sparks Nelson

Frances passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Frances was a resident of Midlothain, Virginia at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Sunday, February 11 at St. David's Episcopal Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. David's Altar Guild, 1801 Camborne Road, Richmond, VA 23236.
