I met Fran back in 1998 when as a CAT volunteer for SFSPCA I was part of a rescue effort at her neighbor's home- a cat horder situation. We got over 40 cats out of that situation and Fran stepped right in to help us. We called her "Good Fran".She even adopted one of the older hard to place kitties- Peaches.
