Frances Owen

My dear high school friend Fran will always be remember as someone who I loved & shared so many fun times together. We were usually at her house or sitting on my front porch hoping the boys would walk by & join us. Our time in Dunmore High classes were full of fun as were the times at the football games cheering or marching on the field at half time. So many wonderful memories. I am so thankful to have known her & loved Fran. Rest in peace. Love always, Laura Sandone Blewitt

An angel, Fran, appeared in my life about 2 years ago. Fran was one of the most wonderful friend/person who I had ever met. She was a true friend. Fran always took care of others before herself. Fran was one in a million. I so mournfully her loss daily. But I know Fran is in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thanks for your loving friendship. Forever missed.

I worked with Fran at KCHD several years ago. Always enjoyed her company when she stopped by my desk.

Always loved talking with Aunt Fran... it was always a fun conversation no matter what was going on in her life. She certainly had a servants heart as she cared for others deeply. I look forward to those crazy conversations with my mom, Aunt Fran, and Nona in the future....

I was in Sunday school class with Fran at North Knoxville Baptist. She was a pleasure to know. She will be missed in class, a joy to know.
