Not sure what to say?

Sarah and Family, I have many memories of your Mother as my favorite English teacher. From her I gained my love of English literature and reading. I learned to travel through books, to use reading as a means of escaping my circumstances and keeping my bearing. She was a fine teacher and role model. May God be with you and your family through the sad days ahead and peace be with you. R.I.P. "Flossie", you made a difference.

Frances was a dear friend. We spoke of many common interests and friends. My little dog Cocoa would sit by her side for hours so she could pet him, to the enjoyment of both. She will be dearly missed.

I met Frances and Cotton when I moved into ROSECREST HOMES. She welcomed me the first day I went into the dinning room. She would always ask me how I was doing and if she could help me with anything. We became friends and I would go visit her at her home. She would also call me if she hadn't seen me just to check on me.
I loved her. She will be missed.

I was a 1982 graduate of Stuarts Draft High School, where Ms. Richardson was the guidance counselor. I moved there halfway through my junior year, so she hadn't known me long, but she reached out to me when she heard I wasn't planning to take the SAT, because my single mom couldn't afford to send me to college. She paid for me to take the SAT and explained how I could be eligible for grants and loans. I took the SAT, did well, and put myself through college and law school. I always tell...

A very special lady. Frances made our wedding cake when we got married. Our sympathy to her family.

We met Frances and Cotton in August of 1989 at St. John's Episcopal church. They were some of the first friends we made in Waynesboro. Last saw Frances when we were all in England for the anniversary of the Anglican church in Pudsey England. They were a lovely Christian couple and we counted them as great friends. They were greatly missed when they moved to SC. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as your mother continues her life with God in heaven.

Sarah & Cantey, so sorry for the loss of your mom. She touched a lot of kids, prayers go out to your family. Deepest sympathy Beth

Cantey & Sarah, I was the football coach and a teacher at Wilson Memorial High in the late 60´s. When I saw your Mother´s obituary, I was reminded of so many special memories of working with her and your Dad. Your Mom was an excellent teacher ( she had high expectations ) and when one of the football players in her classes would mess up , she would always alert me so I could support her in helping to correct the situation. She wanted make sure the he did his work and also maintained his...

My deepest condolences. Mrs. Richardson will be missed—she was an important influence in many of our lives. May you, her family find peace.
