Frances R. Riggins SANTEE, SC - Frances R. Riggins, 69, of 318 Trillium Court, Santee, SC, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. *The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM before the service at the funeral home.* Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg, with Rev. David Spears officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia. She was born February 4, 1947 in Columbia, SC; she was the daughter of the late Franz Rowan and the late Mamie Rowan. She was a retired Special Education Tutor in Maine. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth W. Riggins of Santee; a son, Troy Wilson of Columbia; nephew, Stephen Goodwin of Orangeburg; nieces, Marsha Loftis, Jackie Lovett and Janet Kudzia of Columbia.
